What is hypnotherapy

Solution-focused hypnotherapy is a powerful, forward-thinking approach designed to help you change unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviours. Rather than focusing on trauma or negative feelings from the past, it combines relaxing hypnosis with practical, solution-based techniques to help you identify and work towards your goals.

It incorporates aspects of solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), neurolinguistic programming (NLP), psychotherapy and hypnosis or 'trance'. Neuroscience is a rapidly developing area of science that helps us understand how hypnotherapy can positively influence the brain and I will help you to understand how your brain works and why you feel and behave the way you do.
